Local 1149 Signing Day in Belmont County

We officially welcomed Dillon Lucas to the LiUNA family.
In a special signing day event with the West Virginia Construction Craft Laborers Training Center and Laborers' Local 1149, Dillon signed his letter of intent to join the ranks upon graduation.
